粗颗粒振动流化特性研究新进展

New Progress in Research on Fluidization Characteristics of Coarse Particle in Vibrated Fluidized Bed

摘要: 振动流化床因具有流化气速低、传热传质速率快等优点,近年来在粗颗粒加工领域很受欢迎,但受实验条件等制约,其基础理论还不完善。分类概述了单组分、双组分及多组分粗颗粒振动流化特性及离析分离实验研究进展,介绍了粗颗粒振动流化计算流体力学模拟研究动态,指出其未来发展趋势:对异类粒群混合物床层振动流化与混合分离特性、流化流相图与流相转变临界条件等稳定控制机制基础理论研究。

关键词: 振动流化床, 粗颗粒, 单组分颗粒, 双组分颗粒, 多组分颗粒, 计算流体力学

Abstract: With such advantages as low fluidization velocity, wide application range and so on, the vibrated fluidized bed has a further application in coarse particle processing. Due to experimental limitation, its basic theory is not perfect. This paper give a experimental category overview on fluidized bed drop, fluidization velocity, bed uniformity and segregation pattern of monodisperse, binary and polydisperse coarse particle mixtures, give a introduction on CFD simulation study dynamics, and point out its future development trends: the basic theory research on fluidization, mixing and segregation characteristics of actual fluidized bed made of heterogeneous mixtures, especially the stability control mechanism on fluidization flow diagrams, critical conditions of phase transformation.
